# Improve On-chain Reputation

Designing on-chain credit scores has been a popular approach to building trust over time between pseudonymous entities. Kagami augments this by offering an explicit on-chain record of an entity’s development and adherence to its own risk management policies.

Wallet reputation can be built by adhering to risk management policies and publishing both the policy parameters along with any breaches on-chain. This improves transparency and lifts investor confidence.
